Two to three months is the sweet spot for a strong SAT study plan as it will take time to familiarize yourself with the test format, question types, and granular specifics that are unique to the SAT. The best study plan includes 5 days a week of review and practice.

| Sunday Week 1 |
Kick off your first day by taking a sample exam to get a baseline score. You will use this to determine how many hours a day you will want to study. For a higher score, 2-3 hours a day should be appropriate; for a low number you might consider 1-2 hours per day.
